Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Where are your coffees roasted?
We believe in roasting locally to ensure peak freshness. Our coffees we serve and retail in Singapore are roasted in Singapore.
Can i do self pick-up?
Yes, self-pickup is available during our opening hours, from 9am to 5pm on weekday (KŌHĪ Shenton Way) and during opening hours at KŌHĪ Joo Chiat.
Please come after you've received the confirmation that your parcel is ready for pickup.
Orders & Shipping
Delivery Duration
Items that are currently in-stock will be dispatched within 72 hours for orders made during working hours. Delivery done by our courier partner would take another 3-5 working days.
Our working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Excluding Public Holidays).
Shipping cost
We offer free local shipping within Singapore for orders above S$40.
Shipping cost vary for overseas orders depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer shipping to most countries provided by our shipping partner. Delivery duration and shipping cost vary from country to country.
Customs, duties and Taxes
Please note that any custom tax and import duties are to be paid by the customer and vary by country and region. These taxes are not calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
What are your return policy?
For roasted coffee, we do not accept any returns due to food hygiene reasons.
For equipments and other merchandise with defects, please contact us at sg@kohi-roastery.com and we will assist you.
What if there are manufacturer defects?
If you run into any equipment or other merchandise with manufacturing defects, please reach out to us at sg@kohi-roastery.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I change or edit my order?
If your order has not yet been mailed out, we are happy to help you make changes to your order. Please reach out to us at sg@kohi-roastery.com.
How should I go about with my return of the product?
Should you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please contact us at sg@kohi-roastery.com and we'd love to assist you with it.
