Just as each day can bring both challenges and small joys, every cup offers its own surprises, from subtle tasting notes to bold new aromas. For Kohi, it’s a reminder to embrace the unexpected and find comfort, clarity, or even delight in every sip.

How KŌHĪ Started

KŌHĪ Roastery & Coffee Bar was started in Bangkok, Thailand, and was brought over to Singapore by the founder starting out as a hole-in-a-wall takeaway concept.

Singapore has now grown into 2 established cafes, one in Joo Chiat, a quaint and small coffee bar located inside a pretty retail space and one with a large dine-in concrete garden concept situated in Shenton Way, CBD.

"Stop to Smell the Flowers"

In KŌHĪ, we strive to produce a comforting yet multi-sensory experience in our cup of coffee; kind of like a “stop to smell the flowers” moment. Aiming for flavour and delight in each cup, our roast strives to express the character of a coffee bean to its highest potential.

At the same time, we use mixology to further develop drinks that have now become popularised in our signature menu like espresso with coconut water, espresso with orange juice, and our famed kohito (coffee mojito). Other than coffee, we also have popular drinks like our cha lattes and teas.
